Our bar program collaboration with Alfie Turnshek is rooted in the appreciation of utilizing fresh ingredients and an advanced culinary technique to achieve sustainability in what can sometimes be a wasteful area of restaurant operation. The menus include thoughtful preparations, both spirituous and non-alcoholic. We are creating an accessible bar program where no one's beverage choice is an afterthought.The Lobby bar in Hotel Petaluma is now open to the public coinciding with The Shuckery Hours of operation.
